LEGAL STATUS

The office de Tourisme is an Association created under the 1901 law governing non profit making Associations. Its incomme is derived from annual subscriptions, subsidies, and gifts in kind or cash.
Its goal is to implement any project likely to valorize the Commune of Bargemon.

 ITS FUNCTIONS and SERVICES :

Welcome and inform the public.
• Promote the village in France and abroad by the diffusion of free brochures giving details of the commercial, artisanal and liberal professions active in Bargemon.
• Place at the disposal of the public leaflets detailing activities in the region and walks around Bargemon.
• Provide a listing of accommodation available for rent.
• To be the link between all Associations in Bargemon and promote their activities.
• To draw up quarterly a program of the activities taking place in the village (available at the Tourist Office).
• Participate in the Heritage Days hold every year in September, and in manifestations initiated by the State or regional communities.
• The up-keep of the permanent display at the Musée-galerie Camos and the presentation there of tempory exhibitions.
• Organisation of diversified exhibitions during the summer season in the Mairie (Town Hall) and the Four à Pain.
• Organize lectures on varied interesting subjects.
• Organize "The Day of the Associations"
• Participate in the activities organized by federations, national, regional and departmental bodies to promote tourism in this area.

BECOME A MEMBER

Membership subscription is 10 € single person, and 30 € businesses.
If you wish to become a member you may copy in "Word" the membership Application Form illustrated below and send to the Office de Tourisme, 83830 Bargemon.
Should you wish to serve on the Administrative Council you should submit your candidature a few days prior to the Annual General Meeting normally held in January.

If you would like to offer your services as a benevolant worker please cantact the Office de Tourisme Reception where you will be greated with open arms. We need all the help we can get.
